Munna Bhai M.B.B.S.- Overview

Storyline

Murli Prasad Sharma, also known as Munna Bhai, is a gangster who runs an extortion racket on the streets of Mumbai with the help of Circuit who is basically his assistant. Since Murali cannot reveal his real profession to his parents.

So once a year he visits his son, whom he thinks is a doctor. Munna Bhai and the team members act as doctors, nurses and patients to make his parents Parvati and Hari believe that their son is a real doctor. One day during his travels, Hari meets an old friend who had set up the first hospital in Munna’s village.

They ask him to give his daughter’s hand to Munna. The founder of the hospital, Jagdish Asthana accepted the proposal and asked his daughter Chinki to marry him. One day, Munna asks Chinki to decline the offer but soon she reveals his reality.

She tells everything to Hari and Parvati who later leave the city and go back to the village as they are hurt. Munna tells them that he will change everything and become a real doctor. Will the gangster be able to become a real doctor or will he let his parents down again?
