Pratap Singh Baghel, Secretary, Basic Education Council, in an order sent to all BSAs on June 16, has made it clear that currently suspended teachers will not be debarred from applying in the inter-district transfer process. If they get the benefit of transfer, they will be relieved after the completion of the prevailing disciplinary action against them. Such teachers whose services have been terminated but have been taken charge on the orders of the court and the case is pending in the court, their services will not be considered regular before the final decision of the court. Online applications of such teachers will not be valid.
Husband and wife government servants in one district are not burdensome
The secretary has also made it clear that the weightage of 10 marks will not be given for inter-district transfer if husband and wife are government servants in one district. Last time in the transfer, the husband and wife were government servants in the same district, but this year the condition has changed.
