Amul Milk Prices, a dairy cooperative in Gujarat, has announced an increase in the price of fresh milk by up to Rs 3 per liter starting today. After this change, the price of Amul Gold will be Rs 100. 66 per litre. According to a statement issued by Amul, the price of Amul Fresh will be Rs 54 per litre, Amul Cow milk Rs 56 per liter and Amul A2 Buffalo milk will now be Rs 70 per litre.
The most recent price hike for Gold, Taza and Shakti milk brands by the Gujarat Cooperative Milk Marketing Federation (GCMMF), which sells its dairy products under the name Amul, was in October.
Amul Milk Prices, The marketing federation issued a statement saying, “We would like to inform you that the price of Amul pouch milk (all varieties) has been revised with effect from February 3.” The price hike was implemented as a result of rising operational and milk production costs. According to Amul, the cost of cattle feed alone has increased by about 20 per cent.
